Horrible service. Don't even bother using
I cannot tell you how disappointed and upset I am by this service. The taxi was late ... Parked 5 houses away from my home, and the guy in the office said he was in front of my house and put the phone down even though the taxi was nowhere to be seen. I called back to ask exactly where the taxi was only to be shouted at saying that obviously I don't want to walk down and meet the taxi. The taxi that was parked 5 houses away had Nuffield health on it and not abc taxi so I would have never thought it was the one I ordered. The man on the phone could have simply apologised for being over 15 minutes late and let me know that it was a white taxi with a different name on it instead of putting the phone down on me twice. First and last time I will be using this service and I urge you to do the same.
