MOT AND FULL SERVICE
Very poor manners and rude. I cant belive they have such a good rating. May be they are Just damwright racist: Guess what Iam Black !!!! was very unsatisfied with the Full service provided so I went back to complain and I was given the Plam (talk to the hand). My car doors were not greased, battery terminal was greased with dirt and cub webs still on. Even a child knows dirt and grease do not mix. The car bonnet, doors and alloy wheels had dirty oli on them. I was not given a service sheet which I thought was odd and they even got my name wrong on the invoice. I asked them to perform an MOT and a full service. The car failed the MOT because there was a play in the suspension arm which needed to be changed and the wiper blades needed to be changed. Can you belive the lady got upset when I asked what type of wiper blades was to be used? I thought as a customer I had the right to know what was being put on my car. When my wife took the car on a later date for them to replace the suspension arm and the wiper she was a bit late as a mater of fact an hour late and guess what she said " I just want it dealt with and out of here!! how rude. I then asked them to stop work on the car.
