Looking for a counsellor?
I offer individual counselling and therapy for adults. As a counsellor I work with clients using a Relational Centered Approach - this means that both the client and I work together to explore and resolve any issues that are brought. I aim to help by providing a safe space where you can talk and share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I will listen with empathy and at times challenge you to look at things from a different point of view. I believe that we all have the inner resources we need to deal with the difficulties we are faced with; sometimes we just need support finding them. This is where counselling can really help.
