Ad-Hoc Service

We are happy to assist those companies that wish for a no strings attached service, call us and we will respond promptly to your requirements

PrePay Service

Purchase 14 hours in advance. This provides an 8 hour response to all issues. Once these hours are spent you will receive an invoice for the next 14 hours, with a detailed report on how the previous hours were spent

Pay Monthly Service

Pay a fixed fee per month, per machine / server, ABM will provide a 4 hour response to system critical issues and an 8 hour response to non-critical issues and provide a detailed report of calls logged per month

Scheduled Engineer Visits and Contracts

Half a day per week / month - This IT support contract provides a 6 hour response to all issues. You can use your half day of allotted time for maintenance, updates or any IT support services you require. The half day can be used on a flexible basis, but used as one block booking. Free telephone support included.

One day per week - This contract type provides a 4 hour response time to all issues. You can use the 1 day a week for issues such as system failure or major errors. You can split this into half day visits.

Contracts can be long or short term with negotiable rates
