Unless you want inconvenience and hassle, they will give you a fabulous discount price for cash, but this practice is only for them to hold the job, they will give you a long waiting time before work commences. When your job is due for commencement you will be met with a number of lame excuses from them as to why they can't do the job as agreed with no honest explanations. If their customer service is anything to go by their plumbing work must be atrocious too.
