We have had our computer for many years and it was running very slow and causing frustration for the whole family. We had not taken any action as we thought that it would be expensive to resolve. Lawrence was able to provide a very reasonable quote for the work in advance and explained the options available very clearly. He collected and returned the computer within a few days and it now works very well. We are all pleased with the results (including 3 difficult to please teenagers!). Would thoroughly recommend this company for their excellent, friendly service and value for money
