Academy for Training is an independent company that specialises in Hospitality and Catering apprenticeships and training throughout the South West.

Academy offers a range of accredited qualifications and short courses and is also able to develop and deliver courses to meet specific requirements of a business (tailor made).

Academy is also an accredited centre of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the BIIAB and therefore delivers Food Safety, Health and Safety, Personal License and Alcohol related courses.

A key area of Academy's business is to deliver work-based apprenticeships. Academy works very closely with local employers to train people and improve their skills and understanding of people working in this industry.
