Name changes, service does not!
This agency is appalling, avoid at all costs. The costs of using this agency are astronomical and once you have signed up as a tenant, then prepare to be treated like dirt. I can't over emphasise enough just how horrific renting through Accent (or Leaders as they are now called) has been. These people will try and take as much of your deposit as they can no matter how you look after the house! Take photos and keep all emails! However if you like a challenge, being treated terribly and paying through the nose for it. These are your first port of call!

Accent = AWFUL
I would advise against anyone who is thinking about it. If you do, make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING when you move in. We lost some of our deposit through dubious claims of lack of cleanliness and damage. This is despite moving into a poorly maintained and dirty property, which we had to clean ourselves before moving in, including painting the filthy walls. Although we kept our complaints about the property to a minimum, we felt that it took a long time to fix the problems, particularly a broken boiler which left us without heating for several days.

Wow, not good
Yeah, just don't go near them. I certainly shan't again. I think I'd even prefer to use Russells in the future and that's really saying something.
