Unbelievably Unprofessional, Lazy and Incompetent
Absolutely disgusting company to take housing with. It takes them a month to change a light bulb (which cannot be obtained or replaced by an ordinary person), they send out court summons for a rent payment less than 2 weeks late and the staff are extremely lazy and incompetent. The worker with brown hair and glasses who sits on the front desk is extremely rude and a liar who endeavours to cause as much stress as possible when a student going through financial crisis is attempting to be released from tenancy when a replacement tenant is stood in the foyer waiting to sign paperwork. Don't sign a contract with this company unless you wish to be walked all over and treated like vermin.

Exploiting a student near you.
Miss Sammy's review is unbelievably biased, that i what their staff must sit and do all day rather than running a letting agency. Accommod8's staff firstly were consistently rude and unhelpful. The house was a mess and while I'm up for giving back to the community, letting primary school children paint my house shouldn't be one of them. The boiler was broke the entire year, every time it was turned on it sounded the cry of the harpies. Could I just mention again how rude the staff were! Vile company out to take you money, cheers Accommod8.

Corner cutting money grubbers.
Terrible service. Avoid if possible. Accommod8 believe it is acceptable to: 1: leave tenants without running water for several days at a time. 2: Try and charge you twice in the same week for rent you've already paid. 3. Fail to provide a usable internet connection despite charging for it and advertising it. 4. Occasionally not bother to send the cleaners in, again supposedly included in the rent. Overall: Awful.

Miss Sammy
These are the most proffessional lettings agents for Students I came across in my 4 yrs as a medical student in Liverpool. Dont settle for less or go with the blag of cheaper rent - you will pay in the end through poor service or hidden charges. Go with accommod8!!!
