Anxious and nervous

My friend referred me to Richard Ace at Ace Hypnotherapy  as I was suffering from anxiety and I had really bad nerves, when meeting people, other than my immediate family. I could not talk to anyone. I didn't really go out much and was extremely shy. Just recently I started a new relationship. Things started to get worse for me. I decided to try hypnotherapy, as  my doctor could only offer me tablets to calm me down. They did calm me but still felt bad. After my hypnosis sessions with Richard, I feel much better now. He helped me to work out why I was feeling this way and helped me to relax in these situations, and to be more confident of myself and with other people. I am now going out more often and really starting to enjoy my life now. I am able to speak to people without panicking. I have even started talking to my new boyfriends family. Sarah G
