Same case happened with me
My car broke down a day before, I booked the taxi for the next day so that I could catch the early morning train. They said, Taxi was being cancelled day before, and they dont have any taxi available. I was extremely surprised, and have to hire a different cab. Since Then I completely stopped calling ACE taxis.

NOT VERY RELIABLE TAXIS
Taxis was prebooked for 05.00 hour for satureday 3/5/08 on previous day. At 05.00hr ring taxis office and we were told that driver is on his way. Waited until 05.10hr but no sign of the Taxis so we had to make alternate arrangement otherwise we would have missed our train. ACE Taxis is not reliable and would not recommend to use it.
