Taking legal action!
I've received some horrendous service from Acetime plumbers and now looking online have seen many people have suffered like we have. I would like to warn people who use this site to never use Acetime plumbers, It worries me that people may fall victim to them again. I'm sure you would like to advertise reputable and trustworthy companies so please do all you can to remove this company from your site, Acetime plumbers are the epitome of cowboy traders

Broke my washing machine
They came to fix the pump but left me with broken washing machine door. When I reported this back to them I was told that it was like that before which is rubbish. Then they sent the same engineer back to have a look. He couldn't fix it. He said he's trained only to unplug pipes and the door is not his fault. Charged me 90 quid for the visit! I was so furious I got it fixed myself in 5 minutes and sending them a complaint letter. Don't get them anywhere close to your washing machine.

waiting since may for warranty
boiler fitted in may couldnt fault the fitters paid£1800. for boiler and 5 year warranty i am still waiting for the warranty we have been fobbed of with all sorts of excuses ,the managerwas even going to drop it off to me still waiting we are now in the process of contacting watchdog or rouge traders as my quote def says 5 yrs warranty , beware of this company,
