no customer skill's, and they are suppose be training client's for customer skill's in their training programme. refused to pay my bus fare, so now i been sectioned for refusing to attened their progarmme. That's not the way to treat unemployed people when their are already struggling with money?. the so called advisor's are completley useless. you people are making money on the back's of the unemployed and the vulnerable in society, you should be a shamed of yourself!
