Activ Web Design started in Leicester in 2007, and is the latest addition to Activ.

Activ are more famous for, operating their UK based community loyalty card – UK Websaver.

UK Websaver originated in 2005 and works with local communities all over UK. It operates by allowing you to save money with local, independent businesses in your area. It became apparent from approaching these local businesses through UK Websaver, that there was still a high proportion that still didn't have any online presence.

As UK Websaver focuses entirely towards local communities, it was also identified that a high proportion of sport and community groups still didn't have any online presence either.

We found this astonishing, especially as the internet to many of us is now away of life. From the research we carried out, we identified one main reason for this:

The driving force behind Activ Web Design is Simon Rickett - Director

Simon's background is in business psychology and he has lectured at a variety of Universities all over the UK. He has years of experience of working with individuals in achieving their ultimate goals. Looking to the future, Simon has never underestimated the power of internet marketing. He has always been completely focused on delivering affordable on line business solutions as the way forwards for the future. Combine Simon's internet experience and skill for identifying workable franchise opportunities with his business psychology background and it really packs quite a powerful punch!
