The e-commerce revolution is here, with almost 10% of UK retail purchasing now done online. Our e-commerce package is easy to use and excellent value. Not only do we create a shop that is personal to you, we also include ALL the features of the brochure site above, plus: + Order and Customer Management Tools: everything you need to operate your shop online including order management and customer management as well as reports and files that you can download; + On-Site training: we will go through how to operate your online shop and provide a personalised manual that makes using your site easy; + Discount Vouchers: periodically, you may want to offer discounts. We provide you with a facility to set up discount codes, and adjust the prices at check out accordingly; + Email Marketing Tools: send marketing emails to your customers with your latest offers, and/ or send a regular newsletter.
