What we offer

Active Bodies has its own centre in the Village of Milnsbridge, Huddersfield. There are many activities that are run there. Little ninjas and ninja tots are fun classes tfor children that are aimed to build self esteem and confidence. We run an adult Dojo, with Norman Smithers teaching Bujinkan Budo TaiJutsu. We also have children's martial art classes based on the adult curriculum but adapted for children. We have a sparring class and karate a few times a week for over 10s and adults. There is now a parkour/free running class a few times a week too. With Tom Poulter. Classes for age groups 3-5, 6-8 and over 9s. Other activities are Belly Dance, Tai Chi, The centre is open 7 days a week so there is lots of choice and times. We have 3 training areas, matted and lots of equipment including a climbing wall.

Be it a ninja, pirate, princess party: Active Bodies can provide a party that's just right for you. Parties can be held either at our town centre location or the Active Bodies Party crew can come to yours. We offer a variety of packages to include catering, choice of activities, choice of rooms, self catering and room hire only.
