AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Dreadful! I took some keys in on Monday - they said 'ready this afternoon' Back on Thursday - keys not ready! Back on Saturday, keys ready but ALL WRONG. Went home, took locks out of doors and gave them to them. Said would collect Monday. Called Monday - still not ready.I said 'must be ready for Tues 9am - you've had 8 days to cut a few keys'. Tues 9am went back - keys not cut, tried to make me pay for the ones they did wrong! APALLING - This isn't NASA - I didn't ask them to make a rocket to get to Mars - I asked a key cutting centre to cut some keys. DO NOT USE! THEY'LL GET IT WRONG. YOU'LL WASTE YOUR TIME. This review forces me to give them 1 star - but I would have liked to give them 0.
