Adept Training offers professional and vocational qualifications, including Apprenticeships, in a wide range of subject areas, these include: Business and Administration, Customer Service, Health and Social Care, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), Management, Professional Development, Retail and Functional Skills. The qualifications available include: Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF), Professional Awards, Certificates and Diplomas.

Our online/distance learning courses include the ECDL Portfolio of qualifications and Network Administration Courses such as A+ Certification, MCTS Configuring Microsoft Windows 7, MCTS Windows Server 2008 Administration, Cisco – CCNA Routing and Switching, MCTS Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure Implementation and Configuration, MC PRO Windows Enterprise 2008 Administration, and MCSA Server Administrator.

Our offering include direct delivery of a range of short courses in Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2010 from beginner to advanced levels; Computerised Accounting courses such as Sage 50 Accounts, QuickBooks and Sage Payroll; ECDL Essentials, ECDL Extra and ECDL Advanced. These workshop sessions provide hands-on and interactive learning experience for our participants in a small classroom setting, enabling them to apply what they have learnt in the workplace. If required, we deliver onsite training to meet the needs of employers that have a preference for the delivery of training on their own site.

We also provide an Apprenticeship Brokerage Service for organisations wishing to increase the take up of their learners through employer engagement.
