Warranty obligations !!!!
For the four categories below, limited to the survey, design selection, pricing and installation we would score Andy a 5 for each. However, when it comes to discharging his obligations within the offered warranties our scores would significantly diminish to 1-2. We have had a warranty repair a few years ago but we now been waiting over a year for a similar fault to be rectified
