Welcome to The Admiral Guest House, a fine Victorian Grade II listed house built in 1840 set within a picturesque quiet square over looking gardens.

Situated directly opposite the railway station and major bus stops, at the top of the town centre, a 1 minute walk from the renowned award winning Stephen Joseph Theatre, close to both South and North bays and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We are perfectly placed for all visitors.

If you are you are looking for a short break, weekend break or if you are working in the area The Admiral Guest House offers excellent Bed and Breakfast accommodation and is open all year round for guests.

Due to the guest houses's central location, evening outings can usually be enjoyed without the expense and inconvenience of arranging taxis.

All our rooms are En-suites and vary from Double room en-suites, Twin room en-suites, Family room en-suites, and we even have a Ground floor en-suites room. All our en-suites rooms are of a good size, comfortable, serviced daily are non smoking and all have wi fi, tea and coffee making facilities,hair dryers,wireless internet and flat screen televisions.

A full 5 star breakfast can be enjoyed in our cosy dining room and there are different options to choose from including vegetarian.

There are lots of attractions to enjoy in Scarborough including the Sea Life and Marine Sanctuary home to thousands of creatures from around the world

Peasholm Park is a traditional municipal park with a large ornamental lake well worth a visit

For guests who are staying with us at Admiral Guest House, luggage may be left at the guest house free of charge before the check-in time of 2.00pm if you arrive early (rooms are not normally available until this time). On your day of departure, luggage may be left until 6.00pm at an additional charge of £5.00 per guest. A time for collection must be agreed, and we regret luggage cannot be left any later than 6.00pm. Please note that occasionally this service may be unavailable.
