Discover the joys of dance through a weekly dance class for adults aged 18-118:

A fun way to keep fit through gentle exercise
Improve stamina, balance + coordination
Build your confidence + meet new friends

Led by Rosie Heafford, this class is specifically aimed at adults who want more than an exercise class. Please come in comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement. You may dance barefoot, in socks or soft shoes.

Join us to find a fun, friendly way to keep fit and healthy.

Tuesdays 7.15-8.15pm
Â£7 per session or Â£40 per half term
