It's a fact that traditional felt flat roofing materials will leak eventually due to the lack of flexibility, weathering and multiple joints.

Felt has been widely used since the Second World War as no suitable alternative was available, but Firestone EPDM provides a modern day, long term solution. Designed to cope with extreme climates as diverse as Mexico and Alaska, it is UV stable and can withstand temperatures from -30 to 100 degrees celsius.

EPDM is the most widely used roof system in the world and, as accreditted fitters of the highly regarded system, Advanced have modified the EPDM system to suit domestic dwellings and offer a range of fit and forget finishes that are more pleasing to the eye.
