APPAULING experience
We were EXTREMELY let down by this company. Ross seemed a polite capable young man at first encounter - but gutters were fitted squint, downpipes too long or to too short, then..... 2 months later a gutter section fell off and another bit came loose! He finally came out to see and promised to return to fix them but never did. We ended up paying a competent person to redo a load of the work (including a completely different type of bracket fittings were required - and a lot more of them). A load of other issues also fixed - Advance Roofing's work was WAY below standard. Feel really upset about the experience and want others to be warned.
