overall happy I seen a few cars I liked the look of on the website so decided to book a test drive of 2 of them i made the 106 mile journey from Newcastle found the site easily and instead of heading to the showroom I decided to just go and have a look around the lot one of the salespeople spotted and acknowledged me and left me to browse (I prefer it that way I hate when they come running towards you desperate for a sale) so I had a look around the 2 cars I had liked , then when I was ready I went to the showroom and was greeted by andrew (firth) .I explained to andrew I had booked a test drive of 2 cars he went and got the fobs for both cars , and again he said go and take a look yourself (no pressure or hassle) I looked over and inside the cars and decided I wanted to only take one out so he grabbed some trade plates and off we went the fuel light was on and it was showing 24 mile range left , so went for a short test drive from the garage we returned and once again he left me to look around no pressure, I decided I would take the car paid a deposit and said I would collect the following weekend during the week I settled the balance so I rang him to make sure it was all sorted picked it up on the Saturday morning then I asked if any fuel had been added (diesel) he said no it's not company policy to put fuel in so went to car after completing paperwork and car only had 8 mile range left and I was told to go down the road to local petrol station ( not good letting a diesel run dry) when I got home and had a good look around the car I found a old parking sticker/ticket under the passenger seat and a plastic poppy down the side of the drivers seat and quite a bit of dust around bottom of rear head rests (not a big deal really just pointing out) but overall car was in great condition apart from the fuel situation( I had travelled 424 miles 2 round trips)I was overall happy with the whole experience and would like to thank andrew for his help
