In my considered opinion- This florist would not get any stars from me however there is no option for this in the reviews. . Dismissive responses to genuine customer concerns. Via Interflora provided flowers at 25% of value provided. Avoid like the plague and avoid Interflora in the Penzance area as you get this appalling florist.
