The Age UK Essex Home Help team delivers a range of services from housework and shopping to a Sitting Service that offers valuable respite for carers.
We offer:
A friendly and reliable professional domestic cleaning service with over 20 years experience.
Shopping and prescription collection.
Ironing, laundry and bed making.
Sitting and Companionship Service.
Food Preparation in Southend, Castle Point and Rochford providing assistance to clients to help prepare light meals.
Outdoor Activity Support in mid Essex where we can accompany you on various outings including a social club, doctor's appointment, a walk to a park or supermarket.
All our Home Help staff are insured and police checked via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
We have a “Never Walk Away" policy which means if you fail to answer the door, our staff begin a pre-agreed emergency plan and will not leave until they know you are safe.
Please note we are unable to provide personal care.
