John Faulkes

John is an organisation and team performance development specialist from Sussex, UK. His background is as a scientist in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He has worked with organisations worldwide in a variety of industry sectors.

John has also spent some years developing IT-based blended learning assessment tools and eLearning packages that sit alongside traditional learning and development programmes.

Johnas particular skills are in helping clients to plan a mix of online and face-to-face activities that ensure the maximum strengths of each medium are used appropriately. Also in building packages that are truly interactive, featuring real challenge and two-way communication.

David Nye

is an independent IT consultant who has worked for both large corporations and for small companies in many business sectors including energy, logistics, insurance and banking. His technical specialities include Database design and administration and systems and applications design and integration.

In the past 5 years David has been involved almost exclusively with developing and implementing web based applications ranging from on-line booking systems to complex eLearning packages.
