We did get ALE to handle the whole thing, the whole sale everything .... you know the legals and so on and it was no problem at all ...we always knew what was going on with selling and that's important I think and it was so good everything did go without problem.. I can't really think of anything that could have been better in terms of the service from ALE and how they got the houses sold.
