Avoid at all costs
Horrendous service. Ordered a selection of ppl books just over 3 months ago. The original order was part shipped with the rest intended to follow. Have received nothing since. Staff and the owner Jeremy have chosen not to respond to any emails I've sent requesting further information on the situation. Also tried calling them and was fobbed off by the receptionist who claimed to know nothing. The receptionist gave a guarantee of a response to my emails, I've not heard anything. Feel completely ripped off and have paid for items I have no idea whether I'll ever receive. Please avoid
