Shocking company. Use someone else

This company is the worst. They stuffed up my online booking twice, first booking me as an inbound passenger when I was outbound, then booking the wrong pickup address. After all this the car did not even show up. I called the company three times following their failure to arrive at the booked time, only to be given lame excuses. They even claimed the car was just 900 metres away when it was still 15 minutes before it eventually arrived. By then I had given up and arranged alternative transfer so that I could actually get my flight out of Heathrow on time. When the car arrived some 40 minutes late the driver made no apology. I was irate and sent him on his way. Of course, the driver was unprofessional enough to respond with an expletive. This is a pathetic, unreliable and totally unprofessional company. I highly recommend avoiding them at all cost!
