Don't do it - take a regular taxi!
I scheduled a pickup from London Luton to Heathrow, thinking to save myself the hassle of waiting for a taxi. Instead, I wasted time walking around Luton airport looking desperately for a sign with my name on it. I called the 'emergency' phone number twice, and nobody answered either time. I figured I had been scammed online and we ended up taking a regular taxi for 65 pounds, only slightly more expensive than the APL quote.
