This is a top drawer Surveyor. We got a great set of plans & engineers calculations for a large rear extension for planning and building control at a great price. Work came to a halt when we discovered the house was on a bomb crater. But Alan knew what to do and gave us a new spec for a concrete raft and we brought the job in on time thanks to his specialised knowledge.
