Alan Bowman photography of Basingstoke Hampshire offers unlimited coverage of your day beginning at least two hours before the ceremony continuing through to the arrivals at the church or civil venue, the ceremony, departures and onto the reception where they stay until the time at which you sit down for your wedding breakfast. Or at your request, for an additional fee they will stay until after the wedding breakfast to capture the speeches and the first dance.
A planning meeting is essential to organise the days photography and Alan and Inge always meet with the couple two or three times before the wedding.

At the beginning of 2009 we introduced our Art Book Portfolio which we supply Free of charge to all our wedding couples following their wedding. The book has a wonderful magazine style layout with all the photographs of the day and can include text descriptions of the days main events, the church readings, vows and a copy of the order of service if required.

Fabulous!!!
We first met Alan at a wedding fayre and immediately liked the look of his portfolios. We saw a few other photographers for comparison, but decided on Alan because he offered a wider choice of options for the day at a reasonable price. He was also the kind of guy we wanted to spend our wedding day with! Alan was friendly, polite and professional throughout the day and we were thrilled with the results. The photos were on his website for friends and family to view as soon as we returned from honeymoon. We would highly reccommend his services to anyone and have already passed his details to recently engaged friends of ours. Thank you Alan for our fabulous memories that we can show our grandchildren! Alan Bowman - great Wedding Photography
Our special day was wonderfully recorded by Alan Bowman. He worked hard to ensure he knew the sort of images we wanted. He was lovely to have around on the day and he left us with an amazing set of photographs that we will treasure. As a photographer I was keen to hire someone who was both technically able and someone I wanted to be with my family and friends on my special day. Alan was charming, calm and collected and obviously knew exactly what he was doing all day long. I would recommend Alan Bowman to anyone.

Fantastic Photographer
17 Nov 2008 We found Alan through the Yellow Pages and when we rang him, he was friendly and accommodating and came to visit us at our home. By looking through his portfolio we could see that he was fantastic at taking a mixture of formal and informal photographs, plus colour or black and white - just what we wanted. We agreed that his prices were competitive and that we would get real value for money if we went with him. I could also tell that unlike other photographers I have seen at friend's weddings, he wouldn't be bossy or overpowering or OTT which was really important to us. We met again with him just before the wedding and he helped us imagine the day and talked through what photos we wanted. On the big day, Alan turned up in plenty of time and got some lovely detail photos, as well as us girls getting ready! The rest of the day went by in a blur, but I can remember Alan staying calm, professional and organised throughout - as well as capturing our happy memories forever! We are very happy with all the results, and everyone has commented on how brilliant the photos are. I really recommend Alan to all future brides in Hampshire!
