Clinical Hypnotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) are safe therapies when provided by a qualified and well trained practitioner. Not only are they safe but they are proven therapies and rapid in producing results and therefore very cost-effective as relatively few consultations are required.

Everyone experiences the trance state on a daily basis, when going into or coming out of sleep, daydreaming, driving or walking a familiar route, when absorbed in a book, film or conversation; hypnotherapy uses this trance state to allow positive suggestions to be made to your subconscious mind so that behaviours change also.
