This company has many bad reviews on Google. I wish I had read them first. The owner of the company, and person with which I dealt, was very rude and unhelpful from the start. Please read the reviews from other users on Google before giving your bank details to such a company. They hide behind legalese they don't understand when charging excessive fees. Do some research and go elsewhere.

Paymnet was taken, terms of hire changed.
I used the their website to book Van hire for the next day. I spent a solid 30 mintues reading legally binding ToS (Terms of Service) on their website. They seemed similar to the 250+ others I've used over the past 3 years for work, so paid the £120 hire fee and £500 deposit. I recieved an email with different Terms of Service, about 10 minutes before I picked up the van, which is in violation of several regulations in the UK. On top of that; the proprietor was very rude and said he'd "need an extra £500 deposit to hire it to people like us"... I'm not sure if he was talking about my partner or disabled son. Needless to say, I don't recommend this company.

stress free car hire
this was a brilliant find- right next to the station and with a hassle free process for both collection and drop-off the staff also went out of their way to help with directions . I will definitely use again when in the area.
