DONT USE!
Purchased three outdoor lamps from Alert Electrical. Electrician came to fit them about a month ago and found finials missing from the items so they are incomplete. Have emailed them twice - they haven't even bothered to reply. Don't use!!

Bad service
I ordered and paid for an Elnor Storage rad on the 15th of August its now the 4th of August and still waiting NOT GOOD I shan't be recommending Alert

They don't want to know if things go wrong
I ordered 9 fluorescent lamps and paid for 9. The package contained 8. 3 emails later and no response from them at all... I now need 9 more lamps and lampholders, so I'm ordering them from someone else!

faulty goods
Purchased a electronic fly killer it was faulty when it arrived I phoned alert elec. got know offer of help other then return goods at my expense. This I did and waited one month for a refund leaving me out of pocket by over £17. for return postage. Never again

Prompt answer & accurate information provided via telephone discussions.I ordered parts online on a Thursday lunchtime & they arrived, well packed the following morning, much faster than promised - Great service, with a very good choice of brands / equipment. PM (Solihull, W.Midlands)
