Personl, Professional & Friendly

First off i'd have to say that the shop could do with a bit of a make over, but the friendly service & polite manner of the staff made for a warm & welcoming experience. They were bang on the button finding a flooring to suit us, (or at least to suit the wife). The price was very reasonable, but above all the Alexanders fitters were fantastic & did an perfect job, I'm very wary about who I trust in my home but these guys were polite & helpful, they even helped us move some furniture. It was also good to find that the fitters weren't freelance sub contractors, but were fully employed by J. Alexander & son. Over all, a good experience from beggining to end & of course i'm all for supporting the local, small, high street businesses in my home town. I've tried the big warehouse & retail shop thing with nothing but problems from both.
