Disgrace
Booked a hire and confirmed booking times etc 3 times. Was told we would have the castle delivered by 11am. By noon we had no castle and no explanation. Eventually Jimmy answered his phone and said "I think he's on the way" and would call me back. Didn't hear from him again sent all calls to answerphone. For a company whose main business is kids parties their service is a disgrace. If anyone is considering hiring from this company I would strongly advise to avoid. Unreliable and unprofessional
