They failed to get the battery in my Seiko Perpetual Calendar watch replaced correctly without messing up the perpetual calendar and now want to charge me more to send it to Seiko to have the calendar reset ( where they should have sent it in the first place). The manageress just tries to put the blame on me for not informing them that it is a perpetual calendar watch. It is clearly printed on the face and i originally bought the watch there! Overall unpleasant people to deal with.
