offer an excellent management package. All our managed properties have fully referenced tenants.
all tenants start on a 6 month starter tenancy. All managed properties have APIP inventory and
check in. This not only protects the deposit but also the property. Quarterly visits, renewals, pre
check and final check outs at no extra charge.
