I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I integrate a variety of models with the basis being a non-judgemental and supportive approach to my work. I work both in private practice and at the Priory in Ticehurst. I offer both open-ended counselling and time-limited focused therapy for adults and young people. I am also able to work with couples. I am non-judgemental and offer a safe, confedential service to suit all humanistic needs. The kind of therapy I practice is based on Transactional Analysis but I also offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), when appropriate. I have experience of working with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties and with men and women from diverse backgrounds.
