Not impressed

Made an appointment for cut & blow at 11am. Never been to the salon before & won't be going back. A very nice girl was doing a customer's nails to the right as I entered & asked my name etc, told me to take a seat, & informed the member of staff who would be dealing with me that I had arrived. She didn't even acknowledge me, no hello or anything. She was busy putting highlights into her present customers almost floor length hair & as the clock ticked past 11am, I knew I was going to be sitting there for some time. Twiddling my thumbs I made a call to my Mum, who asked if I could possibly do a quick message for her. Knowing my appointment was looking no nearer being attended to I headed to the door saying I would be back in 5 minutes. The girl doing the highlights suddenly realises she has me waiting & says "Oh sorry, I'm running late." Why couldn't she have mentioned that when I was sat there? As I got outside, I decided I wasn't going back in & drove home. Not impressed at all!!
