Extremely Pleased
Hi Gordon, just wanted to say a big thank you for our recent pack, move and unpack, we can not believe how smoothly it all went. It was great having the same guys do our pack, move and unpack as they knew all our needs and we didn't have to keep explaining ourselves. I must say the materials you used to do our packing were great, everything was professionally packed therefore nothing was broken, also all the covers you use on the move are really good and professional looking, the men worked really hard over the three days, nothing was too much trouble for them, please pass on our thanks again to them, and we will definitely recommend you.

We were really happy with the whole service provided from first contacting Debbie in the office who was really helpful, to Wayne visiting and explaining everything to us, to the men on the removal day who worked really hard and were so careful with our goods we could not praise them enough and would not think of using anyone else in the future.

We were really impressed with the whole service All Moves gave us, after speaking to Gordon and then having Wayne come to visit us to see what we required, we found them both professional and helpful and this is why we decided to go with All Moves, we are so glad we did. Reliable Removers
We were so glad we moved with All Moves, Neil, Neil and Phil exceeded our expectations, they worked really hard and were very friendly whilst staying professional at all times. I am happy to say the move went without a hitch and they finished our move alot quicker than what we expected them to do. Very Pleased
We was originally very worried about moving as we have had bad experiences in the past, we thought we should use All Moves because they are members of the national guilds of removers and have many good reviews. We are very happy with our choice as everything went smooth on the day, the lads got there on time and there was no hassle sorting out payment over the phone by card! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good remover :)

Exceptional Removal Company
All Moves Uk are an exceptional removal company nothing is too much trouble for them from the office staff to the removal lads. Straight from the first point of contact we were put at ease about our removal, their estimator Wayne came out to see us went through everything thoroughly with us making sure all our needs for our move were met,the lads on the day came bright and early led by Neil their team manager, he introduced himself and the rest of the men before starting work. All the men on the day worked exceptionally hard were extremely friendly but remained professional at all times, they used special covers for most of our furniture and used blankets and rugs for the rest making sure everything was well protected thus making our move go really smooth, I will definitely be recommending them to all I know

All Moves moved us on the 2nd October,we initially spoke with Gordon who sent Wayne out to visit us and take an inventory I'm so glad he did, as soon as he arrived he put us at ease with his pleasant manner and professionalism going through all the details with us.The team they sent on the day were extremely hard working so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, we couldn't believe how quickly they loaded everything especially as they were so careful with our stuff making sure everything was either in special covers or wrapped in their special blankets they brought with them even our upright piano had a special cover on. We can't thank them enough will definitely be recommending to all we know.

1St Class Removers
We decided to go with All Moves after researching them and other companies, we chose them in the end due to their credentials and great reviews, we are so glad we did. The men on the day arrived bright and early, led by their team manager introducing them all to us, they all set to work straight away, They were very professional through out the day and really careful with all our goods using specialised covers where possible, they were really helpful answering all our questions no matter how daft they seemed. Fantastic Service

We had several removers pop round to quote some talked a good job, but Wayne from All Moves came with good literature and went through the house with his form pointing out things that needed to be done that none of the other companies picked up. This was the most professional visit we had and there credentials speak for themselves, on the three days of our relocation Neil Matty and Andrew packed us up moved us they placed everything in our new home in correct rooms, plus resembled as promised. This was by far not a simple move but you made it simple. Debbie in the office and the happy bunch of lads that looked after us where exceptional, we hope you have every success in the future as well deserved and we will recommended to our friends and when we relocate back when our contract ends we will not use anyone but yourselves, credit to your industry.

This is a quick review, just to say if you are looking for a good removal company this is the one, Wayne came to visit we had a call by Debbie within 24hrs quoted our move had a copy of quote in post, team turned up did a full pack and dismantled everything required my wife felt very comfortable with Neil and his team, next day they moved us in, we had a family sudden illness and the team cam back on day three and unpacked and helped put all bits in place yes this cost a bit ore but well worth it, thank you for an outstanding service.

Hard Move
We picked you on credentials awards you have, we have got to say this was a wise move. We were visited by your assessor Chris he did spend well over an hour with us as our move was complicated, we had three moves in one, delivering to two properties and new office plus all over 230 miles away,this was all done over 5 days, we arranged with this company and they had access and keys for every part of the move, we went away on holiday and on return everything had been done as instructed, we had no complaints just compliments for everyone involved on professionalism and logistic of this company throughout, and the feed back from staff and friends who monitored this move could not speak more highly. We hope whoever reads this helps them in making their decision who to choose as a remover.

my mums move
We did book you on the basis of all your reviews. Please pass on my thanks to Wayne and his lads, they moved all my mums antique furniture and Bric-A-Brac, they did not leave till we was completely satisfied we was happy, the good thing was Debbie phone the next day and asked if we was happy with the move and this was a lovely touch even though i filled a review card, me and my sisters was so impressed with the quality of service you provided and will be letting our friends and family know. From the start i got recommend these by a work friend that moved with them, i arranged a visit to which Chris popped round walked round taking list of good and explained what they could do, this was quick and covered everything without overstaying, must say as i am in charge of a call center perfect, i booked and we had the full Monty Matt Wayne and Luke arrived and spend all day packing our goods, next day Wayne Matt and Neil moved us, on the third day Matt and Lee unpacked and resemble all our wardrobe which did take a long time, this was an expensive move but in comparison of other quotes they came out on top and did a superb job. We had quite a few visit one from bulwell they said no as i had a piano my answer to this was in the wrong trade find another Job, three did not even turn up and two quoted me much higher and said its more expensive in summer time?, thank you for your most professional service and great lads you have we did have a good banter even though it was a big move they took it in there stride.

5 Star Service
Allmoves came to our rescue. The removal company that I paid a deposit to did not turn up or answer their phone. We were in a total mess. We went on the internet and found you. Debbie was brilliant. AllMoves were fully booked so they tried others they knew and was the same reply. By this time I was in tears Debbie said she could put all teams on standby. We had a team pull up at 2pm – it was the incoming tenants wanting to move in. They were shouting at us. Wayne defused the situation and said we can solve this quick, if your team help us load we will help them unload yours after so you’re in quick and our customers are happy to wait as in a pickle which is not their fault. This was agreed and we were out and them in under three hours. Six men completed the move, and they moved us swiftly. All I can say is brilliant! My husband went and drew some money for a large tip as Wayne and his team put a smile back on my face. Thanks Debbie for all your help. I should have picked you in the first place. Serves me right for not looking into this company! 5 star service by you and everyone involved. We will use you again. Price was right and very good re-assembly service. Matt is a wiz at this.

Portsmouth Move
We had a packing job and move to Portsmouth. This did take three days but what a service! They took 12 hours to pack all our stuff and came back next day loaded and took everything away. Next day they arrived at 9am prompt, unloaded and were gone by lunch. The touch we particularly liked is that Wayne made sure we were completely happy with where furniture was placed before they left. We had a couple broken glasses which for the size of move it nothing, so don’t take this negative. This is a positive! We will use you in 18 months when my contract finishes and we move back to our home in Woodborough.

This is fantastic firm, we had several company's round to quote, when i tried to get these guys to match the other quotes Debbie was quite clear on the phone check credentials and we was only fully protected with The Guilds of Removers and BAR to which i looked into, hey they was right and having my stuff for three days wanted it in good hands. The guys loaded my goods and did not see it again till the Saturday, they unloaded and resembled our beds no damage and nothing missing, Wayne Phil and Matt what a team so funny and nothing to much trouble. GREAT REMOVAL COMANY
Used this company for my move, on calling the office I spoke to Debbie who offered to send Christopher their estimator out to visit me which I happily agreed to. more After having some really dodgy quotes for removals, the only one that visited was these guys, When Chris arrived he walked round taking a list of our stuff asking questions we did not think of but he new his stuff, we had a cuppa and he answered all my questions and he left me with some great info and a few free gifts. By 5pm Debbie had sent us a quote by email detailing all our requirements for our move plus a copy came in post next day. The cost was much higher than thought but it was peace of mind on how they presented themselves from point of contact. On booking Debbie sorted out everything nothing was to much trouble, our move from Derby to Preston went well without a hitch and the guys on day where so friendly but never stopped. Well worth paying the extra to have a professional company with a great customer service with real people skills

HOUSE REMOVAL

USA Move
Gordon visited us back on October, since then his team came packed protected custom listed all goods, then his team put into storage, he then organized our move to New York. Not only did we have a 5 star service in Uk but he organized a removal company in New york to unpack and remove rubbish leaving us with nothing to do but enjoy our apartment, only 3 cheap glasses broke from an entire 20ft container with our three bed housein Brilliant, all our friends in Leicester will use your company, again thanks ever in New York we would gladly put you up Gordon as you are the most genuine person in business me and Charles have had the pleasure to meet.

This was the most exceptional service we have had, we have move several times due to work,Gordon made his visit put us at ease from this point we booked with the office. A team of 5 packed us day one moved us day two and then team of three unpacked and resembled day 3, this was a 7 bedroom house downsized into a five bed from Derby to Nottingham, the service was a dream from start to finish could not ask for better 10 stars in our eyes and we have had quite good knowledge in moving over the years. Thank you for all your advice when requested a quote. All advice was correct and out of all websites we visited you were the only one recognized in the industry, plus all others had either no contact address, or were based in dodgy areas. If you hadn't told us what to look for we would have gone with the cheaper prices we had been quoted. As far as our move was concerned, all was packed and moved without any hiccups and the minor damage to the wall was our fault as Wayne did say the sofa would not go in and he was right. Brilliant service 5 star and all the best with winning the awards. You are well out in front against your competitors.

Prompt & Professional

You completed our move for us on Wednesday 18th November in Nottingham, unfortunately my husband didn't have a pen to hand to complete the questionnaire once the move was completed, so I thought I would email my comments. Many people like to complain but not many like to show there appreciation on quality service, I am a retired company Director my wife died 3 years past, I live in a six bedroom house in the Park Nottingham, as you can imagine I have collated much stuff having lived here for 33 years with my wife and five wonderful children, When Gordon arrived I showed him around this took some time, because it was a very large move from Nottingham and I was moving into a 2 bed cottage. My children wanted most of the furniture and the items we had kept from when they where children, he said he will go away and do the logistics. He popped round the next evening with full logistic of the move, this took the other companies nearly a week to reply and two of them never got back to me. All Moves came out slightly more than some but Gordon's personality and professionalism was unique, to this point i booked and the move went extremely smooth and to plan, Hope Gordon enjoyed the gift of several 60s albums I sent to him as a thank you as he is a record collector and commented on my collection (Keep the faith not many of us left)†Mr Jarvis-Manver, Nottingham

I was at my wits end, we had exchanged contracts on the new house in Doncaster, all set to move in, when my husband had a stroke...the removals company we had arranged refused to help out with the packing – left it all to me; so, a friend recommended All Moves UK, as she had found them on their website, used them and was very complimentary with her move; so I gave them a call. They came round that day, and not only said they would help, but would supply all of the packing materials for me. The move itself went swimmingly, and when my husband came out of hospital (fortunately it was only a mild stroke), he moved straight in. Brilliant Team
Just wanted to say thanks so much to the lads who moved us, Wayne & Richard also to Kellie & Gordon in the office you all looked after us so much, all my annoying questions were never too much trouble. I was so stressed and you made it all so easy, I never knew moving could be so easy. Thanks again will definatly use you again

I used this company for the first time after having a bad move in the past, they were very professional from giving me the quote to my move, the lads worked late into the day and never complained and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

brilliant team packed moved and unpacked, great price very professional, we are glad we used a member of the guilds rather than the family run small boys who are not vat reg just shows the skill and service you receive from a guild member, we had the family firms come round don't touch not worth it if you want your goods looked after thanks Damian

We used this company on recommendations and what a company, i have never seen special covers they used before, the team on the day full uniformed polite very friendly, my house move was so smooth they took all the stress away, Gordon and Kelly always at hand when we had a question, no wonder the win awards for customer care.

From start to finish above any service i have ever had done, Gordon was a breath of fresh air from visit we made our minds up, the packed all our stuff in fast time and so professionally, on the day of move they arrived on time very clean lorry staff smart and all special covers Gordon had promised, there was major delay for keys and we could not unload till 4.45pm, the lads smiled till move was complete @ 10pm, as promised they put beds up for us and put all furniture where requested, the price was brilliant the service was brilliant, other companies we had round need to take a close look at there customer skills, Gordon should be training companies in customer care, as he and his teams all follow suite, plus i have never listened to staff that praise there boss great communication within the company, when Gordon popped out he brought the lads and us some food as he new we where stuff in a village, thank you for every thing. Gordon did say they are hoping for an excellence award from the Guild of Removers, do hope you get this as well deserved. John and nikki Edwalton

i have used this company from friends of mine said they where great, totally true i spoken to Gordon several times before move, never let us down on time packed the whole house so perfect Damian and Richard new there stuff, on move day the other team turned up clean smart the lorry so clean, they used special covers for furniture, floor protectors, this was a bad day with delays for keys got them at 4.45 the lads unload reassembled beds put all furniture where it was wanted, they started at 8.30am did not finish till 10pm which they smiled and joked till the end, fantastic great brilliant thank you so much to all moves for there service, wish all companies we use for things where of high standard like all moves.

Moving house Nottingham
When I moved house from Kirkby in Ashield to Daybrook in Nottingham I used all moves uk. From start to finishs the company were fantastic. The guys where well presented poltite and professional through out. Having All Moves UK help me move house took allot of stress of me. Thank you Gordon and team for all your help. Dear All Moves, I'm writing to thank you once again for helping to make our move such a hassle free occasion. Although we only moved 10 miles, we had a great deal of furniture and garden equipment to shift and it was all done with great care, efficiency and good humor. The guys had to make three round trips and did so without a single grumble (in earshot anyway!). There were no additional costs and all the boxes were collected a couple of weeks later at a days notice. We have moved several times in the past decade and this was far and away the most pleasant experience. Many thanks to Gordon and his team.†Again brilliant service throughout, Gordon was always on call to answer any questions, he was very clear on insurance cover not that i had to claim all was good as the team on day where very careful and some of the equipment they came with quilted covers for our sofas zip up plasma cases floor protectors brilliant. brilliant guys dismantled all beds, and put them together. they had special quilted strapped covers for plasma sofas and fridge and washing machine everything was protected before they put it lorry, great my mum and friend are using them made my life easy.
