Poor Customer Service

Wimbledon store - the girls in the shop are lovely but the owner is infuriating. We have had the most horrific 4 months trying to get our bridesmaid dresses. Firstly they completely failed to place the order which we only discovered when we rang up to find out where they were when it had passed the arrival date. There was no offer of compensation or discount and we had no option but to wait another 2 months for the dresses to arrive. The owner of the shop did eventually agree to send us a swatch of fabric. Despite him insisting he had posted it, it still hasn't arrived and so it must therefore be "lost in the post". They also agreed to Fed Ex one of the bridesmaid dresses over to Ireland using a 24 / 48 delivery service. Again, despite the owner insisting he had posted the dress it took 2 weeks for the dress to arrive. Not exactly the 48 courier service he promised! There is no doubt that as soon as they have your money, they don't care what happens to their customer service or the dresses. Appalling customer service and an owner who doesn't seem to care.
