I rang your company at 9 a.m. on Monday morning and was promptly responded to by Chris. Having explained my dilemma he said James would call me back before lunch to let me know when he would call out. Chris called me back before lunch as promised and came out to the house. He explained what the problem was, did a temporary job and said he would return early on Tuesday morning to do a proper repair job.
