Would not use them again
I used the East Ham branch, allowed double the time to get to a West End London theatre but the driver took me across the bridge around Embankment area due to a diversion and didn't know his way to back to Oxford Street. We ended up in Lambeth and I had to use my phone map to guide him. He wanted to drop us on another street nearby but I had 2 disabled persons on-board that couldn't walk very far. The reason I choose a taxi in the first place. Missed the complete first half of the theatre show. The driver then had the cheek to ask me for more money. I wrote to them on their website over a month back and they never replied to my complaint.
