Worst company I've ever experienced
Never left a review before but I really have to warn people to stay away from this company. We have been sitting with an incomplete kitchen for a number of months now and have also been called a "liar" over the phone by staff. Once they had our money they have not been interested in communicating with us. Very stressful and upsetting.

Disgusting!!!!!
A very friendly and worth while service UNTIL they get your money! once the balance is payed the could not care less. I have been left with an incomplete kitchen and was called a liar over the phone. Not a nice company to do business with. If cowboy builders could showcase this place the nation would i am sure be shocked.

TERRIBLE!
Where do i start. This company is awful. What started as a very nice and experience quickly turned into a nightmare! I cant advise against using this company enough. I have been left with an half completed kitchen and after your hard earned cash is their hands they will do nothing to help you. I can only assume good reviews are posted form a very very bored member of staff.

pittyful
I feel totally let down by this company, they couldn't do enough for me until I paid my balance the day before the fit. Everything seemed to go wrong during the fit, things came damaged or just didn't come at all. Now here I am months later with a half missing kitchen and no sign of when anything is going to be done. I just keep getting excuse after excuse from them If I even get a reply at all. Owners do not respond at all!

Appalling
They quoted for job, then refused to clarify anything or return calls / emails. They clearly didn't want the business but were not honest enough just to say so. Very poor from all staff and management.

Im so chuffed
Just had my kitchen transformed and it looks amazing! Just like a brand new kitchen but at a much reduced cost. The service was very helpful and the process was really simple. All my options were explained to me very clearly and the end product is just fab!!!!

A representative from Alternative Doors visited me at home and advised on design,colour and style. I felt that the advice given was honest and the end product would certainly bear that out. There was a slight delay in the fitting but the joiner when he came, was excellent and the job was completed professionally and tidily. Would recommend.

Top Class Service
I have recently had my kitchen transformed by Alternative Doors and the service was brilliant. They came to my home and went through everything with me and gave me very good, honest advice when I was choosing colours and designs. Everything went like clockwork and the joiner was excellent. He did a top class job and worked like a trooper. Overall I am very pleased with everything from start to finish and would Highly recommend Alternative Doors! Thank you guys!

Excellent service
Just had my kitchen transformed, thanks to the helpful staff at Alternative doors. The fitter was brilliant and so pleasant, it was nice having him in my home. I would highly recommend this company, saved me a fortune on a new kitchen.

Pretty good service
Very accommodating and did things when they said they would. Friendly. Only negative seems to be once you have paid then the customer service stops a bit.
