We booked this taxi company to take us to and from Gatwick Airport. They turned up on time and delivered safely to the airport in plenty of good time. However after arriving at Gatwick airport at 11.30pm on our return journey there was no taxi in sight. Upon ringing the taxi company they denied any knowledge of a return booking and were totally unwilling to assist us leaving us to find an alternative taxi company at 1.15am in the morning which cost us £225 instead of the quoted £105. Would not recommend using this company.

Great service. Fast and effiecent
I booked my taxi and recieved a text confirmation. I also got another text telling me that my taxi was outside and advising me of the vehicle registration number. The driver was helpful and friendly. The idea of texting is great as it put my mind at rest by keeping me informed about my booking. I will certainly use Ambassador Cars again.
