I don't generally make the effort to review my suppliers as I think these days we all expect things like next day delivery. On this occasion however I felt ambient went beyond the expected when the heating kit I had ordered proved to be to big (customer added an island to kitchen layout without telling me). Replacement smaller heating mat was delivered the next morning and cost difference refunded to my card on the same day. No restocking charge, no additional delivery charge and no hassle. Ambient will definitely get my orders and and recommendation in the future.

"very pleased with under floor heating. extreamly good product. bit worried about the insulation for laying under tiles, seems very soft, would have prefered a denser product as it sounds a bit hollow when you tap the tiles compaired to laying directly onto the screed, but saying that it has beed layed for more than a month and seems good, so maybe i'm just old fassioned and expected it to be more of a dense board. if i layed another floor i would go for the more expensive insulation boards just for piece of mind."
