AVOID THIS COMPANY
Our family went to Florida last year and was allocated a villa. The villa was filthy, there were stains on the carpet and suite. The fridge freezer was broken - we had to wait a week for a replacement, by which time all of the food we purchased had to be thrown away. The pool needed cleaned. When we came back contacted the company, was advised they would look into it. This is now six months later and we are still awaiting reply. Ask yourself, do you call this service paying thousands of pounds for a holiday?
